time to blossom

I got my ears pierced when I was around four years old. I remember it very clearly. It was my own initiative, but I was nervous. It didn’t hurt tho. My first earrings were teeny tiny golden studs and I remember I wanted to upgrade to more decorative once as soon as I got the permission to do so.

Already at four years old I loved pendulous earrings and still do. It does so much with the entire face. Instant beautifier and bad face day savior ;). These matte gold and turquoise earrings from Gauhar are amazing! My eyes instantly caught them among so many other beautiful pieces from their selection. They make me dream of white summer dresses, sandy beaches and warm winds. Never have I longed so much for light, warmth and lazier days together with the family as this winter. These beautiful pieces of jewelry make my thoughts blossom and even tho it’s material happiness it brings my thoughts to my happy place.

We all deserve a little pick me up in one form or another. Sometimes the smallest of things make all the difference wether it’s a workout with a newly found favorite song on repeat, a breakfast not only good and healthy but also beautiful to look at or fresh flowers. We can’t take charge of the weather, but we can make a rainy day prettier in one way or another.

Oh my god, I agree so much with this earring topic, Sofia! I have a soft spot for earrings and people around me always call me crazy with my obsession, but they are indeed a beautifier and bad face day savior :)
