I spent all of yesterday trying to wrap up the week to be able to let go of everything and focus on my daughters first dance performance. She did really well, although she was a bit nervous at first. I felt the same kind of nervousness this morning when I realized that today is the day my second design project was about to be released for Gauhar Helsinki. I’m always nervous, but most of all exited and grateful for the opportunity to design, and for the support and trust from you and Gauhar.

I’m no designer and my sketches look like 4-years-old drawings, but I love the process of creating beautiful things that I like. It’s about going within, trusting your gut feeling and making an expression of your own vision. More difficult than I would ever have imagined, but even more so developing and rewarding. This is how I’ll be wearing my Tradescantia Innocence earrings this summer; romantic outfits and a neutral face.

Today, I’m going to dress up for a birthday party we’re leaving for in just a minute. Loving that the season of celebrations is kicking off again.
