Smoothie love

I swear by smoothies since they are the perfect way for me to cross off a few portions of fruits and veggies from my daily diet. It is also the best fast food and can be enjoyed on the go. I usually go for water based smoothies with lemon and greens, but this one is sweet and heavenly. Perfect for breakfast and also as an evening snack.

Since Gabriel suffers from stomach pain I’ve tried to watch my diet extra carefully. I try to minimize dairy products, egg and wheat and that’s why smoothies are awesome!

This Alpro coconut base is delicious if you like me are crazy about coconut. I always have avocado in all my smoothies. It brings smoothness to the smoothie (hehe) and provides a ton of health benefits. Banana adds sweetness and the rest is easy to improvise depending on what you have at home.


I know I’ve said it before but I can’t function without my everyday smoothie. It is the best way to secure a nutritious daily intake and the kiddo’s love em ;).

    I love smoothies, make them every morning as a breakfast for us three.
    Usual favorite combos are – apple-banana-orange or kiwi, dates or honey,
    almond milk or greek yogurt and a handful of oats.
    Another “costumer favorite” :D is banana, apple,pear-kale or spinach, lemon juice, mint,
    water or almond milk.
