Started this stormy day with breakfast and mingle at the Good kicks store. Perfect way to kick off the day! Also, I got a pair of new Balance shoes that makes me long after spring. I feel better today. To be honest I’ve spent many sleepless nights feeling restless, frustrated and worried. Can’t seem to stop myself from thinking and at night everything seems so much bigger than it actually is.
Yesterday I decided to follow the simple rule of not exposing myself to any kind of screen before going to bed. Only nice, kind and gentle thoughts and activities. I listened to a couple of good-mood podcasts and went to bed earlier. It worked and today I felt much more rested when the kids woke up after 7.
There is something so cozy and time stopping about this weather today. Want to make the most out of it. Enjoy!
