Finally we managed to catch this golden skirt in pictures. Surprising choice for me, but a piece I wanted to style for a casual every day look to keep it relaxed. Like I mentioned before metallics are huge this spring and summer.Those of you who watched the Met gala didn’t miss that. So many were dressed from head to toe in silver and other metallics. Almost got an overdose of sparkling textures there and then.

If you feel like metallic pieces of clothing are too much to handle, a great way to incorporate this trend is either in your manicure or a pair of shoes. Metallics are especially beautiful against sun kissed skin, therefore I like to pair a little black sundress with golden flat sandals or a bunch of bangles.
