Tonigt’s dinner

Tonight I made a sweet potato puree soup. I simply chopped up some sweet potato, boiled until soft and added a can of coconut milk and some water. Then I sprinkled some salt and topped of with cilantro and cottage cheese. Hubs wanted to spice it up a little by adding some chili to his plate.
Super easy, simple, fast, yummy and suitable for both adults and babies ;D.
