The squat challenge
Let’s face it. I haven’t been to kind towards my body lately. I’ve probably lost every single muscle I’ve ever had. Yesterday I made a decision to join the squat challenge. Although, an altered version of it. Yesterday I did a set of 60 just to try it out and today I’m doing two sets of 50 (already completed the first round, go me!). I’m adding 10 more each day for 30 days. I’m actually excited and even convinced hubs to join me (aka remind and keep an eye on me).
It feels really good to get this body moving again. Not only by taking long walks while the kiddo’s nap. I also really want to take time for myself and get back to the gym very very soon. Love the entire atmosphere and feeling at the gym but getting back little by little is better than doing nothing.
So, who else needs to work on those cheeks? Anyone with me?
