The happy road

Hi loves! Today I’m full of energy, power and I’m feeling super motivated, invincible and strong. Incredible how it can change from one day to another, but I’m in the middle of really exciting projects and although I have a lot to handle I feel in control.

This morning I drove to the barn where my sister has her horses. The fog made me a bit nervous, but it turned out to be so beautiful. Dramatic almost. I love horses, but they make me nervous. Guess what else I love? Fulfilling my vision. That gives me so much joy, it’s almost difficult to describe. That’s what I like the most about my work. We shot both film and pictures and for once, it turned out just how I had imagined.

Now, we’re back home editing and eating. We ordered thai food and changed into sweats. I need a couple of super intense hours of work before I pick up the kids.

I have to say, that I really recommend everyone to start thinking over your vitamins. I’m doing my best now to work out, be outdoors, work in an ergonomic environment and put a lot of focus on getting enough vitamins. I eat pregnancy multi-vitamins because they have iron included. I also eat extra D-vitamins and calcium. It feels like it helps a lot with my energy levels and happiness. At least, it’s worth giving it a try.

    Olen samaa mieltä, vitamiinit on tärkeitä. Lisäksi kannattaa muistaa probiootit. Suoliston hyvinvointi vaikuttaa koko kroppaan. Olen vuosia antanut myös lapsilleni. Jos eivät kuulu sun rutiineihin, niin googlaa niiden hyödyistä. Mä olen ainakin vakuuttunut siitä, että ne ovat tosi tärkeitä.
