Good morning! As I mentioned earlier this trench coat is one of my older treasures. I’ve had it for approximately 7 years if I remember correctly. It’s a sale purchase from the classics of all trench coats, Burberry. Back then it was perhaps just a hint too preppy for my style but something inside me told me I couldn’t walk away without it. I’m glad I didn’t. I’ve worn it every year every since, spring, summer and fall. It’s a perfect piece to add to most styles.

I love wearing it in the most simple way with skinny jeans and ballerina flats, but also paired with a loose tee, leather shorts and high heels for a dressier and more interesting look :).

I highly recommend to invest in a classic trench coat. It’s always appropriate and yet so versatile. There are great options in almost every store at the moment and if you want to invest in a timeless and higher quality one, remember to keep that in mind for sale hunting later this summer ;).

Oh yes I finally did it! I’m talking about something as important as dusting of my good old trench coat. That required a big jump in my new white sneakers to celebrate that summer is on it’s way. No school, summer cabin, barbecues, sweaty nights and mosquito bites. I welcome it all and I am so ready! How about you, did you take your spring jacket out for a round downtown yet ;)?
