It’s the first set of pictures I managed to take in a few days. Sometimes I’m just not in the mood and this weather of ours doesn’t make it any easier to succeed. I’ve tried, but every time I return to the pictures I can tell I’m not feeling it.

The snow is storming down from every direction today. It’s quite beautiful actually, watched from inside. I want to pick up my kids early and cook something warm and heavy for dinner. Comfort food is on the menu! I’ve collected pictures on my phone of some super- fast and delicious dishes I’ve made last week and I was thinking of sharing them on Instagram stories one recipe at a time. I love to cook simple food that everyone appreciates both kids and adults, but I find it challenging to find new, easy and fast things to try. I’m challenging myself to be more innovative and to share what I come up with, here.
