The rain hasn’t stop, but luckily the stomach flu is over. Today I met up with Janita for yet another photo session in the rain. It’s ok though. I love my country and if it rains it rains. Traveling has really made me appreciate my home and I’ve learned that the grass isn’t greener on the other side. Nothing beats feeling safe, being close to family and friends and being able to share my own childhood memories with my own children.

These pictures are taken on a rainy grey Sunday one week ago. We met up at Janita’s place. Talked about this and that and picked up the best lazy Sunday food ever. Pizza. It was good.
