Namaste

Can you believe it? I actually dragged my little ass to yoga yesterday. I’m bad at working out at the moment, because I’m an all or nothing type. I know I’ll get tempted to work out everyday if I start, but my reality can only fit approximately 2 hours of scheduled workouts per week, therefore I so often choose not to even bother. That’s so wrong! I need to take more time to nurture my body and yoga is the best form for both soul and body. More of that please!
Today I can feel my muscles aching in a good and healthy way. My back feels straighter and I feel my addiction growing by the minute. Today I’m balancing life by treating myself for an afternoon tea combined with business as usual ;). Then, I’m spending the night completely work and device free doing girls stuff with my favorite girl. Have the best Friday!
