Beauty Secrets Au Natural
After I became pregnant I wanted to use as natural products for my hair, skin and body as possible. I stopped highlighting my hair, wore makeup only on special occations and work. I wanted all of my beauty products to be as perfume free and clean as possible. After my daughter was born I still don’t wear any perfume and try to stick to natural products.
A while back at a photo shoot, my makeup artist gave me this great skin care tip that cost nothing (if your’e a coffee drinker) that I thought I’d share with you. She told me to use used coffee ground as a body scrub, and let me tell you, my skin has never been so soft as it is after peeling it with coffee. As a bonus, caffeine is also great for discouraging cellulite (woopwoop;P)! I’ve read that your’e not supposed to use cellulite creams during pregnancy because of the caffeine, so I would wait to scrub until the baby is on the outside but after that, hello perfect skin;D!
Another great product is cold pressed virgin almond oil. You get it from the pharmacy and it costs about 7€ a bottle. I used it all through pregnancy on my face and body and now I use it as a massage oil on my baby and as a makeup remover and body oil for myself.
Gotta love good, natural beauty products that cost almost nothing:D!
