First post of 2019. Since I constantly talk about my self-search, promises, realizations and thoughts, I’m thinking this post will be more casual. Yesterday we welcomed the new year with a bunch of friends at our place. I had a really nice evening and it was the perfect end to the emotion filled year 2018. One of my goals was and is to have more people over and prioritize spending time with friends more, so I’m happy we ended it this way as well.

Today I’m continuing camp life by moving in with my sister for a night or two. They just moved to a new house and got two puppies so I’m sure we won’t get bored. After that I’ll be back to work as usual. Meetings are sneaking up and although taking time off completely has been amazing I’m starting to miss the charm and energy kicks off  ‘doing’. Even though we stand in front of a new year, fresh start and many wonderful days of the unknown, it’s still comforting to know that this year will roll forward day by day, more or less out of our control.
